The wreck of the 'Magpie' lies decaying and forgotten at Lindesfarne Harbour

A lone tree on Twistleton Scar End, a quite magnificent limestone pavement above Ingleton in the Yorkshire Dales.

The Haunting DC-3 (or Dakota) Plane Wreck at Sólheimasandur Beach. The white fuselage stands out beautifully against the black Volcanic ash making it a super subject for monochrome photography.

Known as the Corpach Wreck the MV Dayspring, (laterally the Golden Harvest) is an old fishing vessel built in 1975. Now beached on the Kilmallie shoreline since she was washed ashore in a storm in 2011
